Stormi and the gang brewing up a storm here! When your friend gives you an address to turn up to, Stormi is the face you want to see on the other side of the door. Super helpful and knows her stuff, she was awesome at helping me keep a subtle design, but also something truly Nashville that could have multiple options with the accessories I picked. 11/10 would recommend and will definitely be back next time I'm in Nashville.
Brought the Mrs here for her Birthday to start our full day of Nashville excursions. We live 45 min south and needed a fun day and this was absolutely the best way to start! I got my Buffalo River Gambler hat I always wanted and she picked out and customized an awesome hat herself! Karina was awesome! She’s got mad skillz! The comp drink was a good touch!
This was one of the best experiences while we were in Nashville. Well worth the money. Shout out to Laura for assisting with my custom hat. All the staff were personable and had a talented eye for style! There are so many options and styles to choose and customize from. If you are looking for a customized hat, this is an absolute must! Will be back!
Today was a surprise appointment from my husband, and the team at Rustler were EXCEPTIONAL! I highly recommend letting the designers do their thing. They took my ideas and merged with theirs and a beautiful hat was created!
My husband & I were in Nashville for a parents getaway weekend and a friend recommended to go to Rustler for a custom hat. It was an amazing experience - great atmosphere & tons of beautiful ribbons, feathers and chains to add to your hat. Rachel was an absolute pleasure. I went in the store on Saturday and made my appointment for Monday with her since it was so crowded. I had pictures of what I wanted and she made it happen and even better. She was so personable and knew exactly what she was doing.
